You? A shrinking violet? Never. When it comes to self-assertion in the bedroom, you could tackle that and more with your eyes closed and your hand tied behind your back.
Oh? Really now? Well. Didn’t think so.
Whenever you do take that walk on the wild side, cowgirl, conquering a PoleLaTeaz dance class could be the best way to get your — um — feet wet. Instructors Angela Edwards and Jennifer Dearman work from a lesson plan that’s equal parts S Factor, dance, and lectured tutorial.
Each session begins with an assigned biography report on a historic exotic dancer. Then, depending on the workshop topic, students perfect tip-jar worthy moves; among them, the smother, touch the goods, and (the ever popular) fireman spin.
At the end of class, walk away with taut, toned muscles (courtesy of the achingly slow, rhythmic maneuvers) and a few Sade spins’ worth of sizzling choreography to whip out when the mood strikes.
You know, if you’re into that sort of thing.
