And, as of last week, online Indian food delivery, for which you have Munish Narula to thank (or envy). What’s even smarter: Today the mastermind behind Tiffin.com opens his brick-and-mortar Indian bistro at the ever-expanding edge of Northern Liberties.

Tiffin Store offers authentic, healthy, home-style dishes in a bright, contempo setting, using the freshest ingredients around (delivered every morning) and cooked in an open kitchen.

So log offline and stop by for surf-and-turf (baked shrimp and rack of lamb), lamb tikka masala, and fish kali mirch (fried tilapia marinated with crushed black pepper). The BYOB spot has a rotating lunch buffet on weekends: salads, vegetarian and nonvegetarian appetizers, entrees, as well as dal, bread, and rice.

And, oh, did someone say dessert? What a good idea.
