You’re a nature lover and a houseplant killer. A cynic and a hopeless romantic. And (weirder still) a corporate climber who sings “I Will Survive” at office-party karaoke.
Even more oxymoronic? Abstract jewelry whiz Allyson Ross.
She rejects jewels as tokens of male possession but embraces adornments as symbols of personal freedom — a complicated design philosophy that makes for infuriatingly interesting stuff.
Femme-friendly silver pieces look as darling over a party dress as they would at a political fundraiser. Ross also makes twig charms (for the ostensibly nymphish/strong-willed), vintage buttons (for postmodernists/militants with a soft spot), and bird pins that would put even the most conflicted personality at ease.
Thus freeing you up for more whimsical displays of self-incrimination.
Or at least another turn at the mic.
