Some funky songbirds once said that if you free your mind, the rest will follow. (They had killer pipes, legs, and hairstyles, but whatever.)
And now you’ve got your own backup: newly opened MindSpace, a tea bar and lounge that will have you humming its praises as you relax, relate, and refuel.
The former dojo has all the trappings of a Zen retreat: off-the-beaten-path entrance, loads of natural light, and a koi pond out back.
Take a seat in the main room for panini and one of 80 special teas. Owner Ken Molinelli travels the world collecting mixes like Sri Lankan monk’s blend and Kama Sutra chai. Or relax in the cushiony reading nook for traditional tea service (choose Thai, English, or Japanese, complete with fresh scones, biscuits, and creme).
We suggest getting in good now in anticipation of its soon-to-be cult status.
You do like to stay en vogue.
