Prime and Proper

KO Prime

Excuse me, waiter? We’ve heard so much about this place and just had to come in for lunch. Wine list, please?

What’s that? No, there’s no special occasion. Just rounding up the girlfriends for a ladies’ luncheon. We’ve been dying to check out KO Prime.

We hear chef de cuisine Jamie Bissonnette is in the kitchen whipping up his signature assiette de charcuterie, so let’s start there. Then, Missy will have the chopped salad (always on a diet, that one); it looks like she can mix and match. How about the Goddess, with romaine, cucumbers, and olives; green goddess vinaigrette; and topped with peppery filet mignon. Wait. Better make that lobster on top. (Oh, you!)

Let’s also have the steak frites (that onion marmalade looks tasty); a petit filet with chimichurri; the chicken schnitzel with lemon, capers, and fried eggs (there goes the waistline, Vicky); and the burger with Grafton cheddar.

We probably won’t have room for dessert. But how’s your dinner menu? Even better? Well, we’ll just have to come back.
