Not everything is built to last. (A poke through the back of the fridge could tell you that.)
Then again, some things — wine, cheese, Sean Connery — get better over time.
A headfirst dive into the vintage collections at Circa is clear evidence. Owner Chris Duval has curated his comprehensive selection of clothing and accessories within an expansive location in New Bedford.
This is a destination for frocks from almost every era. In addition, you’ll find hats and “whimsies,” as Duval calls them, which are hairpieces adorned with exotic feathers, gemstones, and velvet or leather bows.
Antique purses come in all shapes and sizes, while mod-style gloves flirt with embroidery, beadwork, and buckles on leather, cotton, and suede. We could go on.
They certainly will.
