Lovely Daze Dessert Bars

You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.

But you do.

So won’t it be a treat when Lovely Daze desserts live up to their Candy Land looks.

The confections come in a glass, so you can ogle the textured layers before shoving them in your mouth. Devour the rose mascarpone cream (lychee and raspberry gelée atop almond biscuits and fresh berries) or mocha tiramisu (espresso cake over dark chocolate brownies, mascarpone, and cocoa).

The dessert bars can be designed for events large (wedding) or small (dinner party). Along with the glass gems, there are equally pretty cookies, brownies, and cupcakes. And jars of jam or gelée make swell gifts.

Confectionaire Angela Garcia trained at a fancy-schmancy patisserie school in Lyon, France. And you can almost taste the haughtiness in the exquisite desserts — which are all natural.
