Bloodhound Bar Opens

Sometimes sticking your nose into other people’s business leads to good things.

Especially if you sniffed out the latest from the Double Dutch boys, Bloodhound, which opened in SOMA last night.

The Tahoe lodge-meets-Aspen boite has reclaimed barn wood walls and cozy leather club chairs. Look up for the flock of bird silhouettes on the ceiling and the antler chandelier. Special libations include the signature Bloodhound No. 1, made with vodka, Campari, and grapefruit; bottled Belgian lagers; and obscure draft beers like Old Speckled Hen.
