Browns Shoe Store Opens

A step-by-step guide to the new Browns shoe boutique, opening tomorrow.

1. You’ll find creations by more than 30 designers (Nicholas Kirkwood, Rick Owens, Rupert Sanderson,Valentino, Balenciaga), some of which are exclusive to the store, as well as Pauric Sweeney leather and plastic shoe bags.

2. Boys are welcome, too: check out the ground floor for shoes for guys by Comme des Garçons, Raf Simons and Lanvin.

3. A communal computer will amuse those who get bored and want to read DailyCandy.

4. Splurge or save? The soon-to-launch martini bar will help you with any difficult decisions.

5. In-store pedicures will be available in time for summer.

Just make sure you know someone who’s willing to foot the bill.
