So Carly Goss’s band of gyrating pelvises should cause a fair share of commotion.

The craft maven leads small groups or parties in assembling hula hoops for fun or fitness. Gather a group of friends for an individual session or sign up for a workshop.

The spunky hoops star provides all the materials and an assortment of decorations. Use her brightly colored tapes to construct patterns or design a logo for your own pelvic party.

For those who have forgotten the grammar-school skill, Goss will give lessons in keeping those babies swiveling.

It’s all on the up-and-up.
