A Handmade’s Tale

Cerre Shop Now Open

You’re not one to shop Hollywood. Mostly because stripper shoes and star maps have yet to appear your must-haves list.

But you’ll need to for that fringed pouchlette you’re after: Cerre, the luxe crafted leather goods label, has opened its new boutique.

Using reclaimed wood and antique fixtures, Clayton and Flavie Webster transformed the once-dingy barbershop into a striking bohemian home for their handbags and accessories. A tightly edited selection of vintage dresses, Raised by Wolves jewelry, rare records, and other carefully curated objects round things out.

They’re not the only newcomers to the neighborhood. Cavern Collection, Adam Tullie and Angeline Rivas’s hand-drawn graphics-based line, is in the adjoining space (also designed by Clayton). And Scout is readying its new location around the corner.

So go ahead and make the trip.

Why Hollywoodn’t you?
