The Icycle Dessert Tricycle from Locali Debuts

You gave the ice cream truck the cold shoulder and told the paleta guy to chill.

But come next week, you’ll warm up to The Icycle, a new frozen dessert tricycle from Locali roaming the streets until Labor Day.

Find only all-natural frosty delights inside the man-powered freezer-on-wheels: Carmela ice cream single-servings and sandwiches; far-out Popshop Popsicles (mojito mint, citrus wheatgrass, avocado vanilla); and house-made raw vegan cheesecake, chocolate-dipped bananas, and exotic sno-cones (cherry cola, coconut, and mango — to name a few).

Not on the trike’s Eastside route (Hollywood, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Larchmont)? All the treats and more are available at the Franklin Village store, and the cart itself is ready for private event hire.

Just be careful.
