Shear Genius winner Dee Adames’s new South Beach salon, Dee & Co., proves she’s a star on screen and off.

Using her dry-cutting technique (when applicable), she works with Edward Scissorhands-like precision. Don’t be a “just trim it” wussy, and she’ll transform your boring hair into a modern cut.

The second-floor space has a funky loft vibe (exposed piping, red accent wall, leather couches) and indulgent touches like a furry, leopard-print blanket to snuggle under while getting your hair washed. Dye pros operate at the color bar, an actual bar complete with wine.

Besides keratin treatments and shine glazes (free for first-timers), Dee & Co. does nails, waxing, and makeup.
