Owner Allison Sagehorn was living in Chicago, where unmusty, well-stocked consignment shops are the norm. Lured by her BFF to Miami, she embarked on a buying road trip, scouring yard sales and Craigslist ads along the way.

Expect brands like Marc Jacobs, Milly, James Jeans, Joie, Citizens of Humanity, and Paul & Joe — with nothing more than $75 (and starting around $12).

Sale Rack accepts women’s clothing, handbags, belts, and jewelry. When your stuff sells, either keep 30 percent of the profit or get 35 percent toward store credit.

So no one feels used.
