Start with Studabaker Classic Cookies. With a little help from her husband, cookie czar Heidi Kohz bakes more than seventeen flashy flavors in Kitchen Chicago using organic, local ingredients. Then she delivers them to your door — fresh, chewy, begging to be demolished.

On the flavor roster: PB&J, Turtle Dove (choco, walnuts, caramel), Memphis Belle (peanut butter and bananas), Not-So-Old-Fashioned Oatmeal (cranberries, pine nuts, raisins), Pumpkin Spiced (cinnamon frosting), Bananas Foster (brandy), and more. She does custom flavors, too.

Kohz donates a percentage of profits to a different charity each month (February is Youth Outreach Services) and uses 100 percent recycled packaging. So you can munch guilt (and tax) free.
