Between work and the countless hours we spend eating and imbibing, our apartments can seem more like way stations than homes.

But Suki Cheema’s housewares make us want to cancel our drink plans. The London-born, Williamsburg-based textile designer has just launched the coolest travel-inspired home goods we’ve seen yet.

Cheema translated India’s vibrant colors and architecture into geometric prints. The dots and lines of The Road to Delhi, for example, are a nod to the adventurer’s route from Jaipur. The collection, from pillows to rugs to tablecloths, is ethically produced in India. The cotton, canvas, or linen fabrics are printed with Cheema’s concepts, then overstitched to create beautiful, dimensional patterns.

Next spring’s inspiration is Peru, so expect another series of vivid meditations on an ancient civilization. ’Til then, curl up in the Mumbai quilt and imagine your own adventure from the comfort of the couch.
