Two tiny outposts of the main bakery sell only slobber-inducing cupcakes (certain flavors on certain days). Minimal space means one fridge for cuppies to go, one rack for room-temp treats.

I am a bakery snob. I never go them and prefer to bake my own. Tartes on Arch near 2nd (across from Betsy Ross House) has changed my mind! Everything there is perfection! The buttery, sugary smell wafting from the tiny pink store is enough to drive you mad! Do NOT eat the coconut custard tarts with the divine crust! They are for me!
