Stay FAR away from this place. Arturo's does not stand by their so-called repairs. I brought a pair of Tory Burch flats to be resoled there 4 months ago. They charged me $100 (half the cost of the shoes new). I initially thought it was odd that they chose to resole the shoes half in leather and half in rubber, but since the soles wouldn't be visible when walking, I trusted that they knew what they were doing and went on my way. It only took 4 months for the leather to completely fall apart. Since these are shoes I wear only twice a week at most, I went back to Arturo to see what they would do in terms of fixing it. Well, they said that 4 months is a long time and that the fault was all mine. Or more specifically, my big toe. Funny that the original soles, which were made out of rubber, lasted 2 years. They use low quality leather, provide horrible customer service and clearly don't stand by their work. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
