What: The local pizzeria creates special dishes with produce from the Roots in the City Overtown community garden. Ten percent of proceeds go back into the soil.
Why: Insalata Coconut Grove (kale, organic eggs, radishes, smoked salmon) and gnocchi Overtown (organic La Chipper potatoes, kale, butter, sage, arugula). All diners get a bag of seeds and planting instructions.
