What: See Gordon Ramsay make over the restaurant on Kitchen Nightmares (Fri., 8 p.m.), then try the lobster mac ’n’ cheese, mushroom rigatoni, and rack of lamb for yourself (don’t worry — brunch offerings stayed the same).
Why: New cocktails, like the blackberry mint julep and Brazilian Wax (cachaça, pineapple juice, passion fruit puree, and club soda).
