Former Top Chef player Eli Kirshtein turns the pop-up restaurant into a laid-back joint plating chicken and lamb skewers, sashimi, and fresh seafood dishes with crab, oysters, and clams.
Why: Sips from the sake menu, thanks to a partnership with Yamamoto Honke brewery.
