Izakaya Takeover at Hudson North
Former Top Chef player Eli Kirshtein turns the pop-up restaurant into a laid-back joint plating chicken and lamb skewers, sashimi, and fresh seafood dishes with crab, oysters, and clams.
Why: Sips from the sake menu, thanks to a partnership with Yamamoto Honke brewery.
When: Fri. & Sat.

Holiday Cookie Demo and Open House
Confection queen Wendy Kromer-Schell (co-author of Martha Stewart’s Wedding Cakes) shows you how to kick up the seasonal staple.
Why: Afterward, nosh on sweets, sip bubbly, and snag discounted stocking stuffers from HollyBeth Organics.
