You’ve been known to occasionally tie one on.
The guys behind Monday Night Brewing did the opposite: Seven years ago, the white-collared trio loosened their Windsors and rolled up their sleeves for weeknight beer-making sessions.
They’ve since graduated from a garage to a destination-worthy brewery. Drink in their process, along with neckwear-shaped taps, tie-stamped fermenters, and a wall filled with 200 of the formal accessories.
Tour the space ($10 gets you a pint glass and four half-pours) and taste the crisp Eye Patch Ale IPA; smoky Drafty Kilt Scotch Ale; and our favorite, the effervescent Fu Manbrew Belgian-Style Wit with a hint of ginger.
Twinkly lights, a fireplace, and classic horror films projected on the back wall set the scene. Mismatched furniture and a patio amongst the trees provide ample space in which to get hopped up.
They also plan to host private events.
In case you want to tie the knot.
