Grin and Share It
Dr. Sayeg’s White Smile Diet

It started with passing on the bread basket. Then eating a pickle for every bite of processed sugar that passed your lips. By the time you’re finished with new age diets, darling, you’re gonna be one irresistible psych ward patient.
So here’s the latest: the spanking new (medically approved) White Smile Diet. Low-cal, low-stress, and totally pickle free.
Avoid coffee (duh), soda (shocker), and red wine (eek). But (little-known fact) blueberries stain teeth just as much, so brush ASAP after eating them.
Grainy produce like apples, pears, celery, carrots, cauliflower, and cucumber are ideal for snacking. Their natural fibers produce antibacterial agents in saliva. Strawberries are a quick way to whiten teeth on the go.
Raw veggies of any kind quickly remove topical stains (buh-bye, red Kool-Aid smile).
Sure to keep you ahead of the curve.
And, if nothing else, grinning from ear to ear.
