The good news? You’re the proud new owner of the C3PO 3000 printer/scanner/fax of your dreams. Score!

The bad news? Error. Error. Error.

Looks like it’s time to call Linda and Linda (yes, there are two of them), co-owners of That Computer Chick.

Installations? Affirmative. System backups? You betcha. They’ll hold your hand through troubleshooting, rebooting, and everything in between. When it comes to your home computer (Mac or PC), there’s nothing they can’t handle.

The Lindas charge a flat fee for most services, which means they’ll work as fast as (humanly) possible to get the job done. That’s the good news.

Here’s the bad: Now you have to get back to work.
