Up next? Anyone and everyone who’s on board with Atlanta-based wine producer and importer Wynn Pennington and his new tours.

Think of them as the perfect weekend outing — part restaurant field trip (to spots like Ray’s in the City, Rathbun’s/Krog Bar, Aria, and Murphy’s), part fundraiser (your $25 fee goes to the local Make-A-Wish Foundation), and all parts scenester event (meaning huge after-party at the final stop).

After the first R.S.V.P. to Pennington himself, you’ll get e-mails about restaurants and meeting times. Pennington encourages you to bring friends (just tell him how many to expect).

Because, when it comes to some things, you can’t just let everyone in.
