Cross-training: “The Final Countdown,” by Europe.
Spin: “One, Two, Three,” by Miami Sound Machine.
Yoga: “Nuthin’ but a G Thang (Baaay-beh),” by Dogg Pound.

You can’t count all the counting songs that get you moving on one hand. Which is why Deka (which means “ten” in Greek) will be the next station on your shopping circuit.

The new active clothing boutique, run by Jim Whitlow (Jeffrey) and his running buddy Kyla Barbour, mixes designer goods (Stella McCartney for Adidas), import brands (sexy Brazilian lines like Fitness Fit and Brasil Sul), and industry exclusives (they’re launching the new Nike Jordan for Women line in the next week or so).

Considering the motivational layout (sauna-inspired dressing rooms, vintage gymnasium equipment, carabiner hangers), you’ll soon find yourself getting with the program.

Or at least dressing the part.
