Suspicious, that Gulliver. Years abroad. Endless tales. And not so much as a camera-phone shot to show for all those days spent in Lilliput.
Well, at least you can trust in local designer Kim Quinn to renew your faith in small talk.
Bucking the bigger-is-better trend, the art teacher-turned-jeweler uses undersize baubles (itty-bitty seahorses, teensy stars, and wee hearts and horseshoes) to create exceptional necklaces — polished wood and metal charms on super simple silver chains.
The big picture? There’s something for everyone tired of accessories that shout, “Look at my new oversize attention-grabber!”
After all, one must stand up to scrutiny these days.
And that’s no tall tale.
