Turkish Delight
Kische Clothing

Marzipan. Jerky. And the never-ending name game that is Istanbul versus Constantinople.
What you know about Turkey could fit inside a small ottoman (har, har).
So bone up with help from Ali Simsek, the designer behind new-to-the-states Turkish line Kische.
Simsek’s design passport is stamped with a love for air-light satin and flowy, daring takes on architectural folds and seams.
Slip into the blousy, low-on-the hip peasant skirt or the Quvara top with nipped-in bat wings and lacy detail. If you can swing only one piece, the Norah dress, in canary yellow and soft heather gray with a flattering tiered drop waist, is what we’d go with.
The rest, as they say, is gravy.
Available at Shiami Doors, intersection of I-285 and South Atlanta Road, Smyrna (770-319-6858). To see styles, go to kische.com.
