The Scene: Le Creatif, a new live/work/design studio just opened at Freedom Parkway and Boulevard.

Act One: Enter you. Two levels of bold color combos, organic Amenity pillows stenciled with dragonflies and willows, and hearth-perfect brushed silver and ceramic bud vases styled across a concrete backdrop.

Act Two: Enter shop owner Angela Page, who sources everything from apartment-scale designer sofas to Paddywax candles exotically scented like Sri Lanka and San Miguel.

Act Three: Level two. A semiprivate, fully livable loft (invite only until February) that Page refurnishes and recasts with convertible Gus Modern work spaces and local art as design epiphanies strike. Sliding glass doors and illusion walls were her props of choice when we took a sneak peek.

So don’t let set changes throw you for a loop.
