Warm and Toasted
A New Year’s Cocktail Guide

Party down — in or out on the town — with a taste of New Year’s fun on tap tonight.
Noise Maker
What: One part vodka, one part pink champagne, dash of Chambord.
How: Shake with ice, strain, and garnish with frozen red grapes.

Pear Flake
What: 1 ½ oz. Absolut Pears, ½ oz. La Captive Poire William, ½ oz. simple syrup, 1 oz. half and half.
How: Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and mix until the outside gets frosty. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a pinch of cinnamon.

Pink Panty Pulldown
What: 2 oz. pink lemonade, 2 ½ oz. vodka, 2 oz. 7Up, dash of grenadine.
How: Mix vodka, lemonade, and grenadine in a shaker. Pour over ice into a Collins glass, top with 7Up, and garnish with a cherry.

L’Aristocrate
What: 1 ¼ oz. Bombay Sapphire gin, 1 ¼ oz. Pallini Peachcello, 1 ¼ oz. fresh peach puree.
How: Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Top with Moët & Chandon Rose Imperial.

Rio D Passion Mango Martini
What: 1 ¼ oz. Rio D Passion Cachaça rum, ¼ oz. triple sec, ½ oz. mango puree, splash of sour mix, splash of Rose’s lime juice.
How: Shake with ice and serve in a martini glass.
