Good Enough to Eat

Green People Salon’s New Hair Smoothie Treatment

mix it up!

Between your Veganshire wanderings and Sephoraville plunders, your hair product satchel has never looked more like a bottomless pit.

Enlist the skills of Green People Salon’s new senior colorist Julian Huxley. First from his bag of tricks: a new hair smoothie treatment in which stylists custom blend fresh produce to condition periled locks.

Huxley assesses your hair and scalp, selects the appropriate fruits and vegetables, and applies fresh mixtures in lieu of ammonia-packed dyes and nonorganic products.

A heap of avocado for itchy scalp and a dull dye job. Lemon (a natural astringent) and papaya (a conditioner) mashed together to cleanse the scalp and lusterize a downtrodden do. And a teaspoon of honey (mixed with three cups of water) for extra shine.

Might Huxley’s magic potions mark the end of your product wanderlust?

Better save that for another hairy tale.
