Double Fisting
Me & Gee Pound Cake Hunks

Hunks o’ burnin’ love are great and all. If you don’t mind dealing with a shelf life shorter than milk.
Better to get sweet on hunks of Me & Gee pound cake.
Lawrenceville mom and daughter Regina and Gwen Johnson sell mini cake pan-size pieces on the main floor at Irwin Street Market, commuting to bake and restock three times a week.
Each piece is about two hands’ worth of ribbon-wrapped goodness in flavors like Sinfully Chocolate, organic sweet potato, and 7-Up drizzled with caramel sauce. (They’ll start selling that by the mason jar this weekend, and a strawberry topping is in the works.)
Summer will bring seasonal berry and pineapple fillings and glazes. For now, you’ll have to settle for special orders and occasional weekend samples.
Wouldn’t want to spoil yourself.
