The Shed at Glenwood Opens

Your cravings for chicken liver and radishes can mean only one of two things. If you’re steering clear of Babies “R” Us (oh, my!), then make dinner plans for The Shed instead.
Cindy Shera’s new restaurant opens softly tomorrow night (FYI: a private party’s already booked for Friday) with a back-to-basics menu that just might make you giggle and coo.
Chef Daniel Atwood (Twist, Goldfish) loves the seasonal menu. At the tin-ceilinged, copper-lit bar: peekytoe crab with grapefruit and avocado, salmon rillette and oysters, and small plates like ginger carrot soup and San Marzano tomato fondue.
Save room for root beer floats and sheep’s milk yogurt with dates and orange blossom honey, or fill up on arugula and grape tomato salad topped with grilled salmon and salsa verde; Logan Turnpike grits; and wagyu beef burgers.
Featuring buns you’ll be happy to have in your oven.
The Shed at Glenwood, 475 Bill Kennedy Way, Glenwood Park (404-835-4363).
