To Market, to Market
Parish Foods & Goods Opens

Kill the art gallery hearsay and quell your co-opt fantasies about that amazing brick shell of a space on North Highland that “somebody should do something with already.”
Concentrics has. And it’s a mixed-concept eatery and marketplace called Parish Foods & Goods.
Take it slow. Each part is devoted to a different point on the French Quarter market-influenced scale. On the main floor: a restaurant with an African, Spanish, and French Caribbean fusion menu — oyster loaf BLTs, andouille crusted catfish, and pork feasts for two or more. Don’t miss the Storm’s Brewin’ cocktails — crisp ginger beer topped with murky Gosling’s dark rum and lime juice.
Downstairs, hit Parish To-Go (for counter service and takeaway po’ boys and salads delivered free within the neighborhood) and Parish Market (for espresso, flowers, Wi-Fi, and meats and cheeses arranged around a communal farm table).
Proceed with getting your hopes up.
Parish Foods & Goods, 240 North Highland Avenue, Inman Park (404-681-4434 or parishatl.com).
