The Blast 900 Workout

When shaking what your momma gave you was no longer a conscious decision, you realized that getting fit should be.

It doesn’t have to be an uphill battle.

Buckhead fitness guru Steve Uria’s new Blast 900 workout class incorporates tricked-out treadmills (30-degree max inclines are twice the slant of standard machines) into cross-training sessions that get butts in gear fast.

Ten-minute intervals alternate among walk-sprints, floor work, and literal uphill climbs. (Okay, so maybe we lied.)

Uria borrows from his much-coveted personal training sessions, mixing things up so you’re never bored. Bosu ball balance squats, resistance band flies, and nightclub-worthy remix tunes will have you feeling the burn where the sun don’t shine.

And looking out of this world.

Blast 900, 56 East Andrews Drive, second floor, West Buckhead (404-841-5430 or blast900.com).
