Former nutritionist and chef (Dish, Birmingham’s Highlands Bar and Grill) Lisa Callens concocted the gooey brew in her Lilburn kitchen after suffering the sting of salt-based sloughers. And she’s done her beauty homework, sourcing active oils from across the globe (Polynesian kukui, Australian macadamia nut, argon from a women’s co-op in Morocco).

Ideally, use it in the shower. In a pinch, apply to dry skin and rub off granules with a damp cloth. Either way: This. stuff’s. amazing.
