Chazz Southern Cooking

Nothing spells lovin’ like home cooking from an oven.

Preferably, any oven but your own.

Tend to your foodie roots at new comfort fare stop Chazz Southern Cooking. Named for the owner’s 3-year-old, cute-as-a-peach son, the casual resto has all the regional fixin’s.

Traditional smoked pork and beef ribs are mainstays, but Chazz also features tilapia, salmon, and catfish. Pile on buttermilk-fried bird and okra, salmon croquettes, and slaw. Wet your whistle with a pre-liquor-license Friday wine selection (for free!).

This weekend, brunch on chicken and waffles.

Gives us the warm and fuzzies just thinking about it.
