Monday through Saturday, swing by the westside kitchen suite for a la carte cuisine inspired by the company’s legendary catering spreads. Pimento cheese dip, white cheddar scallion mousse, and seasonal soups are just the beginning. Mains like coq au vin and beef ragout, as well as sauces like lemon basil Parmesan and pesto cream are portioned and packed for two to four diners.

For more formal occasions, the staff’s even willing to plate the goods on your platters, a move that’s sure to leave dinner guests licking their chops.
