Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth with Chocolate South Confections

We're Not Just Whistling Dixie

chocolate south confections!

When you think of Southern cuisine, the words barbecue, grits, and collard greens usually come to mind. Chocolate? Not so much.

But one bite of Chocolate South, a line of truffles, candies, and sweets infused with regional flavors, will have you whistling Dixie.

Sweet-and-salty addicts can get their fix with Georgia peanut bark, while chocolate aficionados will appreciate the slight bitterness of candied orange peels and fragrant hints of lavender and ginger in the Southern Garden collection.

Mississippi-bred chocolatier Amy Stankus uses mostly organic ingredients (right down to the sugar and cream) and has mastered various dessert forms — ganache, dulce de leche, and colored cocoa butters — to ensure her creations look as incredible as they taste.

So you can have your grits and eat your truffles, too.
