What:
Sing the praises of three musically inspired drinks, from the Cherry Simone (Lustau Jakarna fino, Cynar, maraschino liqueur, Angostura) to the Purple Rain (crème de violette, cava), each mixed with fresh juices and syrups.
Why: New menu items like steak tartare, grilled Vermont quail, and chicken liver and foie gras pâté.
