She Got Game

Competitive Athlete Training Zone Workouts

Maybe it’s the smelly locker rooms or the requisite killer instinct, but the term jock has just never really fit you.

But strong? Now you’re talking. And fit? Jackpot.

So maybe it’s time you merged all of the above — minus any real (or really obsessive) competition.

Competitive Athlete Training Zone (a.k.a. CATZ) is a new gym specializing in a variety of one-on-one or group workouts designed to get you in shape as if you were training for a specific sport. Taught by certified coaches and trainers, the sessions simulate the movements used in a slew of activities — from lacrosse and volleyball to skiing and tennis.

So you’ll not only look better on the court, field, or at the net, you’ll look better in real life.

And that sounds like a total win-win.

CATZ, 114 First Avenue, Needham (781-449-2289 or catzsports.com).
