Greatest Party on Earth
What: Raise the roof at Artists for Humanity EpiCenter (Boston’s greenest building) with live music, shocking exhibits, and an aerialist.
Why: This green party gets our vote.

ONE Campaign Party
What: Champagne, DJ Franklin, and goody bags (if you get there early) — to raise dough for C.A.R.E., fighting poverty and AIDS.
Why: ONE is the kindliest number.

What: Six days, 70 films, 100 filmmakers, plus parties and talks with indie icons like Chris Cooper and Lili Taylor.
