Okay, deep breath. Pick up the phone and dial the Fitness Dream Team — Maggie Melanson and Art Tagliaferri, two health nuts who do structured weight loss plans based on Maggie’s food creations and Art’s personal training.

Melanson, owner of Gimme the Skinny catering company, prepares healthy versions of your favorite dishes (from veggie quesadillas to chocolate cake) and delivers them to your door. Tagliaferri (or one of his associates) makes a house call, bringing a small selection of equipment to help you tone your problem areas and tackle your fitness goals.
