Vanity Fairy

Bonnie Heart Clyde

Once there was a pouty little girl who looked at her all-black wardrobe and wanted to hurl.

All of her inky shoes looked the same, her baggy pants were midnight, and her only silk stockings were a dull, dark gray. Even her goldfish had taken on a funny charcoal color.

Then one cool night, a sharp wind arose, and with it came designer Bonnie Heart Clyde. Clyde sprinkled the girl’s closet with whimsical tops, and Bonnie worked magic on her shoes. The girl awoke and rubbed her eyes to find adorable jumpers that hugged her curves. Rich textured fabrics in green, plum, and berry were hand-stitched with flowers and fairies. The flats from Matt Bernson had embroidered details, and the fitted long-sleeve tops flattered her figure, magically transforming her into a hottie every Prince Charming wanted to nail.

With her vibrant new outfits and a newfound sex appeal, the girl’s smile returned.

And she never wore all-black again. Not even to her goldfish’s funeral.
