Charlie: Grandpa, Grandpa! I’ve won the Golden Ticket.
Grandpa: It’s a miracle!
Charlie: Right? But instead of visiting creepy old Wonka, we’re headed to that pristine little place called Choco Choco House.
Grandpa: Why, Charlie, stop imagining things. That’s nothing but a factory hidden in Somerville.
Charlie: Not anymore, old man. They’ve moved the whole operation into a tiny shop on Pembroke in the South End. Now choco-wiz Aliya Wali and her helpful elves are pumping out precious purse- and shoe-shaped sweets, plus creamy truffles and crunchy turtles for everyone.
Grandpa: Now that’s a wonder indeed.
Charlie: Darn right. And for the holidays, they’ll be making an eggnog truffle in addition to those delicious goat cheese and Jamaican curry ones.
Grandpa: But, Charlie, what about your teeth?
Charlie: It’s hopeless, pops. With chocolate this cool, my sweet tooth is as good as Gloop-ed.
