Energizer Honey
Qigong at Peace Wellness

When it comes to releasing tension, a trip to the waxer does the trick (one scream and we’re as good as emptied). Anything’s better than the shrink, especially when she’s all, “How do you feeeel?”
Delving into the psyche is so new age (read: old). Or so we thought. But then we met Dee Ramee, a licensed therapist with a master’s in acupuncture and Oriental medicine.
Ramee adheres to a holistic approach, so treatment begins with a lengthy assessment to determine points of stress, both physically and mentally. Following that, she may custom blend a concoction of powdered Chinese herbs obtained from an herbal pharmacist with more than 30 years’ experience.
Ramee also teaches medical qigong, a subtle practice of moving qi, or energy, through the body. Through breathing and gentle movement, she guided us into an entirely new (and positive) direction while expelling all those nasty, negative vibes.
It may just blow your mind.
