Take Time to Heel

Leokadia Shoe Boutique Opens

leokadia!

Your feet are all set with the snow boots. (All they wanted was a noncommittal hump in the cold weather; it was a short-term relationship.)

Now those toes want to dip into something a little spicier.

They can get their kicks at the new South End shoe spot, Leokadia. Hailing from a long line of shoe addicts, Jessica Lynn named her Tremont Street shop after her mother.

It’s fully stocked with colorful pumps, Spanish cork wedges, sexy patent leather slingbacks, and strappy sandals. And there’s a well-edited selection of jewelry and handbags, too. Find exclusives from big names like Pucci (come fall), as well as the occasional affordable European label.

You may walk out with more than a few pairs, but your feet won’t mind.

After all, they really do get around.

Leokadia, 667 Tremont Street, South End (617-247-7463).
