Beer and Now
Publick House Provisions Opens

A good recipe for almost everything in life: Just add beer.
Publick House Provisions, the newly opened market under the ownership of neighboring beer mecca, The Publick House, has all the other ingredients you might need, too.
Find gourmet goodies such as pomegranate black bean salsa, Maine wild blueberry honey, and pheasant and rosemary pate. A staggeringly comprehensive collection of glassware and gorgeous Belgian chocolates luxe out the place.
And cheese — oh, the cheese. No less than 30 international artisan selections hand-cut to order. Ask manager Jamie Hios for savory samples and the rhapsodic story behind each.
One entire wall is still aching to be stocked — with hundreds of bottles of beer no less. (Pesky bureaucratic licensing.)
Until then, you have all you need to get cooking.
