South End Buttery Expands

Boston knows a thing or two about patience being a virtue. 1918. The Big Dig. Never-ending construction around Kenmore Square.

It has paid off once again, since last night marked the opening of the expanded South End Buttery.

It started out as our weekly cupcake ritual; now you may just see us there every night. The updated space has a cozy dining room where bistro dishes run the gamut from hangar steaks and pommes frites to grilled lamb and local veg.

At the bar, you’ll find a well-edited wine list and plenty of cocktail specials.

Swing by tonight before everyone else.
