Lock It Down

SimpliSafe Security System

Knock, knock.

Who’s there?

Some scary dude with a mask and sinister glare.

Okay, so not funny. But at least you can push the panic button on your new SimpliSafe alarm system and send the creep running.

Invented by two Boston brainiacs who’d heard about too many friends being burglarized in rental apartments, it’s the first complete, portable system linked to an emergency dispatch center so you can take it with you when you move.

There’s no minimum contract, it’s totally wireless, and it arrives at your doorstep preprogrammed. All you do is peel off the adhesive backing and stick the sleek, white-plastic piece on your wall.

How’s that for a knight in shining armor?
